When are your services?
Our main worship services are Sunday at 9:30AM and 5:30PM. Each service has uplifting music and a message of hope. Nurseries for your small children are provided for all services. All services are available in person or online at southportbaptist.online.church

Worship is the act of loving and responding to God! Through the heart-warming, conservative music and the clear, Bible teaching and preaching in our services, your heart will be inspired to love and to respond to God. Each week, families are strengthened, encouraged, and drawn closer to Him through these special times together. Each service is carefully planned and prayed over so that God may work in your life!

How do I get to Southport?
Our church is located off exit 345 on I-41 off Highway C West, otherwise none as Wilmot Rd. Our church has a digital sign as well as steeple. As you pull in, find an open parking spot and head toward the main entrance. Southport members will greet you and answer any questions you many have.

Some common questions.
Where should I go when I arrive?
When you first arrive at Southport, find a parking stop and make your way to the front door where one of our members will greet you! They will direct you to the service or class and will answer any questions you may have.
Where should I take my children?
After meeting our Southport greeters, you can check-in at the Welcome Center to receive a their name tags and parent -security pick-up number. To learn more about Southport Kidz and what we have for your children, check-out the Southport Kidz page.
What should I wear?
There is not a dress code at Southport Baptist Church for members or guests. Our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in more traditional “Sunday” dress; however, our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable on your visit here at Southport Baptist!
Am I expected to
give in the offering?
No. We don't invite you to Southport for your money. We want our service to be a gift to you. We hope you will find in this place a warm family spirit, truth from God's Word, and a place where you can grow in God's grace. Please don't feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest
Who is the Pastor of Southport?
Pastor Michael DeLeon has been the senior pastor at Southport since December of 2021. He loves people and desires to help them know Jesus personally and understand the Bible as it relates to real-life. Learn more about him and our other staff here.
How long are your services?
The services are a little over an hour in length.
We start the worship service by reading Scripture and then precede to worship the Lord in song. We sing several hymns modern and old before a message from God's Word preached by our pastor.
Are the services for kids?
We have a team of ladies who provide a clean and loving nursery experience during each service for children 0-3 years old.
We encourage 6yrs and up to sit with their parents and be blessed by the service. However, a children's church is available for those that desire it.
